Columbia's IUDC registration for the Fall 2024 semester is now open. The last day to register for Fall 2024 courses through the IUDC is Friday, September 13, 2024.
Students are required to complete all sections of the online form and attach a scanned copy of the paper IUDC form with signatures (visiting students do not need the Columbia IUDC Coordinator's signature before submitting this application). Instructions for students participating in the IUDC can be found here.
Students participating in the Bard Graduate Center/Columbia Consortium and the OHMA/APH Consortium: please use this application to submit your consortium registration forms.
All visiting students from other universities taking Fall 2024 courses at Columbia are required to satisfy the University's immunization requirements. Students must provide immunization documentation for MMR and make a decision regarding the meningitis vaccine. Students who do not meet the immunization requirement will not be registered for the course(s) listed in their application.
